Shirley A. Runte
Co-Owner and Office Manager
Not only being an office manager for 22 years, Miss. Shirley has been side by side with Tiffany since the grand opening in 2008! Before this, Miss. Shirley was a reporter and photographer for 5 years. She's danced ballet, tap and was a twirler for 3 years! She was also an active cheer sponsor at WISD for 3 years. Miss. Shirley continues managing the office and providing a warm welcome to all the students and parents walking into the studio!
Nataly Estrada
Assistant Dance Instructor and Competition Coordinator
Being only 18 years old, Nataly has been part of the TDC staff going on 8 years. She has been part of our competition team, but now choreographs and specializes in lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. Nataly is our dance competition team coordinator. Not only does she dance but she has 6 years of competitive and school cheer experience! Nataly is currently pursuing Dance at UTRGV and plans to graduate in 2025!
Ney’D Zavala
Assistant Dance Instructor
Dancing with us for 13 years, Ney'D has received numerous awards. She was our 2019 Dancer of the Year! Ney'D participates in our competition team and has participated in school cheer! Young but talented, Ney'd loves interacting and teaching students from various age groups!
Edna Mendiola
Assistant Dance Instructor
Finding the passion of dance at 8 years old, Edna has had a total of 15 years of dance experience. Becoming part of staff in 2010, she was able to attend the Tremaine Dance Convention to enhance her skills! Edna has experience in choreography through her flag and dance ministry! She also has 2 years of cheer experience!
Nataly Dealmas
Assistant Dance Instructor
Nataly has been dancing at the Dance Company since our 3rd year open and has a total of 14 years of dance experience. While dancing here she attended a workshop with The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago and was one of the few dancers selected by Peter Skylar to go to New York to train. She also attended the Tremaine Dance convention where she got recognized and called up to the stage by “Step Up” dancer Tony Bellísimo. She also got awarded “ TDC’s Most Dedicated Dancer “ in 2014. Not only does she have many years of dance experience in almost all genres, but also 4 years of cheer, 3 years of folklorico and 3 years of Color-guard/drill team experience.

Our 2021 Dancer of the Year has been dancing for 13 years! She has 2 years of experience with school cheer and has also been part of our competition team! Dariana has been part of the TDC since our 2nd year open and has grown to be a role model and exceptional dancer!

As the only dancer to have been part of TDC since the very beginning, Mia has been dancing for 14 years with perfect attendance throughout! Our 20** Most Ambitious dancer! Mia has competed with our competition team and excels in our pointe class!
